Brazil presidential runoff
Flávio Bolsonaro and Lula compete for the presidency; several states also elect their governor.
With 99.99% of polling sections tallied by the TSE, no presidential candidate won more than half of the valid votes on October 4: Flávio Bolsonaro received 47.03% and Lula 45.16%. Both face voters again on October 25. The official tally also sets a governor runoff in Acre, the Federal District, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte and Tocantins; Amazonas was still being tallied at review time.
